At P3 Cycles we are constantly working on improving the quality of our products. This is why our failure rate is very-very low, and why we offer a warranty beyond the legal requirements:

2 years on all our frames and forks that present a manufacturing defect and 6 months for the components.

*Tires, tubes, saddles, handlebar tape, grips and brake pads are parts that naturally wear out over time, so they are not included in the warranty.

Fixed cog: The vast majority of our bikes have a flipflop hub, i.e. the rear wheel has a freewheel on one side and a fixed sprocket on the other. Adjusting the fixed cog well is very important to avoid accidents and to pedal safely. The warranty of the fixed cog applies as long as the sprocket has been adjusted in any bike shop. The fixed cog must be adjusted regularly, it is the user's responsibility and if it is not, it is considered negligence and lack of maintenance.

Our warranty ensures you a faultless product of the highest quality in materials and workmanship. However, this does not include defects resulting from misuse, neglect, abuse, lack of maintenance or poor maintenance. Accidents are also not grounds for warranty. We will not be able to activate the warranty if the problem is due to any of the above-mentioned reasons.

How is the warranty activated?

We trust our product and we want you to do the same. The warranty applies to the first owner of the bike, and you will need to take it to any store or workshop specializing in bicycles, and you will only need to keep the receipt from the local bike shop that arranged your P3 bicycle to be professionally assembled. We do not require specific workshops/stores.

The bicycle is a vehicle, so it is necessary for someone trained to assemble it correctly so that it is safe for you to use. Prioritize your integrity and go to the nearest bike shop/workshop to get the most out of your P3 Cycles and start conquering the city.

If you live in parts of the LA or Orange county, you can receive you bicycle assembled for a $40 fee. If this applies to you, the warranty will be automatically activated.

Who to turn to?

All warranty requests should be directed to support@p3cycles.com We will need to have your ticket and may require evidence of the damage as well as photos of the problem or damaged area. Depending on the severity we will replace part of the bike or the whole bike or issue store credit if that particular product is no longer in production.  P3 Cycles is not responsible for any labor charges or fees related to warranty claims
