Shipping Information

We will make sure that your order arrives safely at your door. Our 8 years of experience ensure your order will be taken care of with the same attention and as if it were the first one, that’s our promise. Items will be shipped within 24 hours of your purchase from our warehouse in Ontario, California.

You only have to choose your products, add them to your shopping cart and continue with the purchase steps.  Shipping is free for bicycles and $6 flat for accessories.

 

Local Shipping

If you live in parts of the LA county or Orange county, you can receive you bicycle assembled for a $40 fee. If this applies to you, the warranty will be automatically activated. You can select this option at checkout.

 

Transit

Items will leave our warehouse within 24 hours and transit will take between 2 to 5 business days to be delivered, depending on your location.

Cut Off

We’ll arrange your order to be shipped if you place it before 2PM. Otherwise, it will be shipped on the next business day.

Carriers

P3 Cycles mainly works with UPS, but depending on weight, size and destination we might require to use Fedex or USPS. Eventually you might also receive multiple shipments if order is too large.

Destinations

We initially only ship to 48 continental states in the USA. No international shipping available at this time.

Upon receiving your order

Great! You received your package. Now what?

We strongly recommend to use our Velofix services to have your bike assembled right at your doorstep! Otherwise you might take it to your nearest local bike shop for assembly. Please remember to save your receipt (a picture is ok) as proof of assembly in case you would need warranty in the future.
