Everything has a solution! At P3 Cycles, we are lovers of bikes and the urban cycling community. However, it is human nature to err and we understand that there can be product changes and returns. If you're not satisfied with your P3 (we're confident that you will be!), we offer a 30-calendar-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your bike. It can be exchanged or returned as long as it has not been assembled or used.
In order for the exchange or return to be effective, we require the bicycle to be in the same condition as it was delivered to you; this includes the original packaging, as well as the ticket. If it happens that you received a product that did not correspond, we will cover all associated costs.
Write to us at email@example.com to ask for a return label. Once we receive and check the item, we will issue store credit for the full amount of your purchase.
Orders are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
If you wish a refund, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to ask for a return label. When we receive and verify the returned product, we will inform you that everything is in correct condition to proceed. You will have the choice to get a pre-paid shipping label for ($45 for bicycles and $8 for accessories) deducted from your refund, or return it yourself to our warehouse in Ontario, California.
This refund will be made according to the payment method used, but it takes between 5 and 10 business days in any case.
Black Friday/Cyber MondayIf your order was purchased between November 25th 7:00PM Central Time (CT) through November 29th, you have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is only applicable to customers who purchased their items between the dates stated above.
You must send products just as you received them, including original packaging.
Items may be subject to a restocking fee if not properly packaged and subject to damage.
Returned items must be 100% unused and brand new.
